Questions and answers
Here we would like to take away your “fear” and explain that a motorhome is by no means a book with 7 seals.
Class B for Europeans, a corresponding driving license from outside the EU. Our vehicles have a max. permissible total weight of 3,500 kg. The driver’s license must have been in possession of the driver for at least 2 years. The minimum age of the driver is 23 years. Only the persons specified in the rental contract are explicitly allowed to drive.
The motorhome basically drives like a passenger car. It is just a little longer, wider and higher. Therefore, it makes sense to slowly get used to the dimensions.
Unless otherwise agreed, you come to us. Then we inspect the motorhome from the outside and inside and you receive a detailed briefing and a handover protocol. After that the rental contract is signed and you drive off with the motorhome. It must be planned 1 – 1.5 h.
We agree on a time of the return. Then we check the vehicle together for cleanliness, damage or wear. Also, it is checked whether the tanks (sewage & toilet) are emptied.
The consumption depends largely on the driving style, the load and the type of mobile. An alcove motorhome consumes more than a partially integrated one. With a normal driving style, 12-13 liters are realistic. But if you push the envelope, 15-18 liters are also possible. An optimal highway cruising speed is 110 km/h.

Yes, you will receive the vehicle cleaned and you have to return it the same way. If the vehicle is returned unclean, a cleaning fee of EUR 119,- will be charged and deducted from the deposit. An exception is the outside cleaning. If this is not possible, e.g. in winter due to the temperatures, then you may return the vehicle uncleaned on the outside. The same applies if you take over an exterior uncleaned vehicle. This must be noted in the handover protocol.
There are instructions for all relevant areas in the vehicle. In addition, you will find tutorials here. Just have a look at them in advance, then the handover will go faster and you will feel more secure.
