We are not an anonymous workshop – we are a community of friends who work together on really great motorhomes and make customers happy every day. Internally, we are all on first-name basis.
Everyone pitches in, helps each other and is delighted when the end result is a motorhome or camping solution that the customer really enjoys – whether it’s just a small adjustment or a complete conversion.
Instead of executive suites and stiff announcements, we have open, direct communication and genuine cooperation on an equal footing. We laugh a lot, silly jokes are part of it, and we like to celebrate together – from spontaneous barbecues to visits to the Oktoberfest, company trips or privately initiated events. Or just an after-work beer.
In addition, we offer paid training courses at our partner companies or institutions such as the IHK or auditing companies, so that you always remain professionally up to date.

Technical all-rounder (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Installation, conversion and repair of superstructures and equipment (plumbing, electrical systems, furniture, heating, air conditioning, pop-up roofs)
- Implementing customer requests – from small upgrades to complete conversions
- Thinking ahead, getting hands-on and implementing projects together
Your profile
- Training as a carpenter, motor vehicle mechanic, electrician, plumber or similar
- Technically versatile, motivated and team-oriented
- School qualifications are not important – your determination and skills are what matters

Guarantee/ Leak Testing (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Performing leak tests on motorhomes and caravans
- Handling warranty and service cases with manufacturers
- Customer and supplier support
- Administrative documentation
Your profile
- Commercial or technical training (carpenter, automotive, electrical, plumbing)
- Technical understanding & organisational skills
- Team-oriented, reliable & structured
